Terms

Actual delivery date may vary up to 5 business days from agreed delivery date. Any delays beyond this point caused by the Designer/Builder/Homeowner will be subject to additional costs (storage, rescheduling, etc.).
Payment to be made as follows: deposit due upon order; balance of cabinetry, tax, and delivery due upon delivery; install due upon completion of installation.
All accounts will be due 5 business days after the agreed delivery date and will be considered overdue 5 business days after said due date. Overdue payments will be charged 0.5% of the outstanding balance per week overdue.
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance.
All cabinetry carries a 2 year limited warranty against warping, splitting, cracking, twisting, and finish failure. This warranty does not cover products that are misused, damaged in transit, or otherwise abused. It also does not cover any products that have been subjected to improper temperature, moisture, and/or humidity extremes (temperatures outside the range of 50-85°F and humidity outside the range of 30-55% are considered extreme) or have been improperly stored (if the products must be stored, they should be covered and stored in a humidity and temperature controlled environment, away from direct sunlight). This warranty covers the cost of the product itself, not the transportation or installation of the defective product. Doors with panels wider than 24″ or taller than 60″ are not warrantied.
